When the client doesn’t have the opportunity to visit Sofia personally for opening the company, we can do it remotely.
In this case we prepare all the documents and send them by email to the customer. For the initial registration two of the documents will need a notary attestation – the specimen of the manager/s signature/s and the power of attorney that we are going to use in order to open the bank account for the initial capital of your company.
There are two options for the attestation:
1. Bulgarian embassy
2. Local notary
If you choose the first option, you will have to go to the embassy with someone who speaks fluent Bulgarian, so he can translate the content before the authorities and put his signature on the document as a translator.
If you prefer to use a local notary, the procedure is different. When you attest the documents before the notary, you need an apostille on them by the authorities in your country. Once you have the documents attested and apostilled, we need them in original in order to be legalized by the Bulgarian Ministry of foreign affairs.
